To book your chosen holiday, please contact us by phone, fax, mail or email. The booking form below must be completed and either mailed, emailed or faxed to Double Diamond Holidays Canada.
For best tour selection, reservations should be made at least 60 days in advance. Last minute bookings can be made up to once a week prior to date prior to date of departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure we will begin checking tour availability only if we have a full guarantee of payment.

We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you be means of fax, regular or electronic mail. At that time we will require a non-refundable deposit of $300/person per booking. Some holidays require a higher deposit or different payment requirement and are indicated with the price.

Double Diamond Holidays Canada Liability Waiver

HBB Holidays by Barb Inc. BC reg.#2964-3, doing business as Double Diamond Holidays Canada, is hereinafter referred to as "DDHC".

You acknowledge and agree that there are inherent dangers in activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking horse back riding, climbing, skiing. dog-sledding, white-water rafting, and any other activities offered in our tours that are not listed here. You acknowledge and agree that there are inherent dangers in means of transportation such as automobiles, aircraft, watercraft, and other means of transportation offered in our tours that are not listed here. Your are aware that these activities can include hazardous terrain, unpaved highways, water activities, wild animals and the presence of firearms (in the possession of guides for the sole purpose of protection). You understand and agree that these risks and dangers may be accentuated by reason of your own physical inabilities or the inabilities of others participation in these activities.

You agree to assume every risk arising out of your participation and release, indemnify and save harmless DDHC, its directors, officer, representatives, agents or employees from and against all claims, demand, actions costs and expenses (including counsel fees) in respect of loss or damage to person or personal property, injury or death howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the taking part in any expedition or in connection with any other activity or service provided or supplied by DDHC, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by, any act or failure to act (including without limitation, negligence) on the part of DDHC, their agents or employees, or 3rd party carriers arranged on your behalf.

By agreeing to utilize the service of DDHC, the tour participant or participants acknowledges and agrees that neither DDHC, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of DDHC. Further, the tour participant acknowledges and agrees that neither DDHC, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, personal injury, accident or death resulting from:

1. The act or omission on the part of any person other than DDHC or its agents and employees

2. Acts of God, sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, wither, or any other cause beyond the direct control of DDHC.

No person other than a representation of DDHC authorized by a document in writing my vary, add or waive any of provisions set for the in the preceding document, Written notice of any claim against DDHC must be received no later than fourteen days after the date that services were provided to a tour participants.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties. There are no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, and no agreement collateral hereto other than as are expressly set forth or referred to herein. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of British Columbia. Any dispute arising out of it will be heard before a court of British Columbia. This Agreement will be binding upon and will ensure to the benefit of parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, or other legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
